Registration for the Oak Creek Talent Show 2020 will begin on Monday, January 13th at 5:00PM!  This year, all registration will be done online.  You’ll have no more papers to keep track of or return to the school!  Starting on January 13th at 5:00PM, click on the following link, fill out the form thoroughly and submit!

• Forms must be COMPLETE and when all Talent Show spaces are filled, additional applicants will be placed on a waitlist.

• Incomplete registrations will not be accepted.  

• Solo acts will be allowed up to one (1) minute and group acts will be allowed up to two (2) minutes total for their presentations in the show.
